How To Prepare
Boil 1 cup soya chunks with a pinch of salt for 4-6 minutes. Strain and set it aside.
Dice the soya chunks and mix it in a bowl with boiled and mashed potatoes and add grated paneer, diced ginger, green chillies, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt to taste, chopped coriander leaves, corn flour and mix well.

Now you shape the mixture into kofta balls and fry it in a frying pan after the oil is hot enough. Remove from the heat after the balls turn golden brown.
For the curry, in a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, tomato puree and mix well.

Add in the masalas: turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala. Add in salt for taste and water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
For the final touch add in some kasuri methi and fresh cream, and soya kofta balls. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes and serve!
